Re: Anyone use or own their own CD printer?

I've used an Epson all-in-one printer to do CDs; worked great, looked great, and I actually got a couple of hundred disks from the ink that came with the printer. I did optimize my graphic so it was ink-efficient, i.e., about 50% white space and not a lot of dark saturated colors, but I was pleased with how may disks I got.
I notice that the model I used (RX580) is no longer available, but my experience with Epsons has been that they generally get better and cheaper as they evolve.

My class is producing an album and we want to print a nice graphic design directly to disc. We were considering purchasing our own low end cd printer. I was wondering if anyone has a home one that they recommend (on the cheaper side).
