Create different setups for remapping incoming MIDI events to other
MIDI events. The MIDI Pipe tool for this is "Message Converter". Now,
each of those MIDI Pipe setups can be viewed as "a MIDI bank" - well,
at least they achieve the same as real MIDI banks would, if by "MIDI
bank" you mean a bank of patches in your external MIDI controller.
