In search for a (cheap, but as long as possible) delay with varispeedas a pedal

I'm looking for a stompbox which has a delay which can be 
pitched/varispeeded.

Basically something like the old Digitech PDS series.

So my question:
    * are there alternatives to them?
    * anyone still has one lying around that he's willing to part with?
