Shouldnt be a problem, basically the old custom controller is a resistor based box similar to the official one but with two offset rows spaces close together, it has the same footprint as a DL4 .

then i added an fcb1010 which is my main controller with the other one now controlling my loops when i am at my drum kit,

the next step i am putting together is a hacked and resoldered fcb1010 which will loose the rocker pedals and end up in another dl4 sized box , but with 10 buttons in two rows of 5

ifyou need any advice just let me know

I'd love to see a pick / hear about your custom control pedals. 

And actually, sources for custom hard case pedal boards where you just take the top off and roll, if you or anyone has any suggestions.

I would be happy to throw in TWO official controller units as a sweetener as I control all my EDPs through custom pedals.

Like I say, if you are using your EDP in normal situations you will actually get better audio to noise...I just want a final solution to my ground loop on the go!!
