Tomorrow morning's video/film that we'll perform to includes 3 different works...
1: Berlin, Symphony for a Great City by Walter Ruttman (special thanks to Peter Thorn for this one) - we are running first 30 minutes of this one
2: Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll, 1903 'short' film adaptation (special thanks to Mike Glodo for this suggestion) 3: Silent Snow from a story by Conrad Aiken.
This all depends if I get the 3 processed and built together this evening. At the least we'll run the first one.
DigItSignal has released a new CD titled Absence Of Being. The record was done in participation of the RPM Challenge. I'm still in the process of posting it's purchasable availability which will be as digital distribution download and as physical CD. These will be on Bandcamp.com and Kunaki.com. Look for news about that soon.
A second new recording (previous mention on the list) that came from a spontaneous duo session with guitarist/electoronics artist Jeff Duke, we have released on Bandcamp.com at The Goodin Duke Project - Unforeseen Consequences. This is a very thick loud textural journey that I'm very proud to be part of. Jeff is also a member of the DigItSignal ensemble.
I'm in the final stages of a third recording that I mentioned a few weeks ago, this one whose proceeds will go to benefit JDRF is another duo work with saxophonist/multi-instrumental artist/member of DigItSignal, Peter Thörn, titled 'From Brooklyn to Glindran' and will be out in March.
Lastly DigItSignal which has clearly become a tapestry for a wide range of work that I'm really proud to be experiencing, now has a new home portal on My Space at http://www.myspace.com/digitsignal. Visit us and if you are around a computer tomorrow morning at 11 EST please logon to http://www.livestream.com/digitsignallive for our webcast.
