This is a known thing... I believe there is a trim-pot for adjusting this. I think there is a procedure. You could seach the archives, I think its there, or play the game of "badger the butler" I find that normally works...
My second EDP does this on multiply.. I like it.. its a feature!

An obvious suspect would be the start point led - perhaps something has
failed.
I tried the archives but could not retrieve any similar symptoms. Please
