Re: roland looper rc-505

Anyone know if you can have loops of different lengths? Ideally where you can preset them like the RC300?

The RC-505 is equipped with five phrase tracks that can play simultaneously, the most yet in a BOSS Loop Station. Independent record/overdub/play and stop buttons for each track let users capture loop performances with easy fingertip control. Dedicated volume faders allow for quick level adjustment of track playback, while the ALL START/STOP button controls all five loop phrases with a single command. Up to three hours of stereo recording is possible in a single track.

i'll have to read the specs more closely. but this looks promising.
i just wish there was a SPEED KNOB to adjust the speed of the loop. that would be AWESOME!
but i guess the 5 loops and that it's hand operated, for me makes it interesting....
wonder what the price will be?
probably out of my range for now....i'm sure...
oh well...nice to see something new put out...
