Lexicon MPX-1 Expandability?

Does anyone know if the MPX-1's delay time is expandable (i.e. with future 
Lexicon software upgrades or simm chips)? 

I'm very impressed with this boxÑbut I just wish it had a longer delay 
time. 
Two seconds are just not enough. (Even my Digitech TSR-24S gives you five 
seconds to loop with...)
