Oh...one other really interesting piece of equipment that David Torn might
comment on...is the ADA AMPULATOR.  Ada is now sadly defunct, but this was 
a
fascinating attempt at emulating different tube guitar power amps and 
cabinets
and microphone placements!!! in one single space rack unit.  There was only
one drawback.  It was in mono...
