Is CoolEdit 96 freeware?


Hi all , I happened upon a page that contained the full version of Cool 
Edit 96.
I was wondering if this is a cracked version , or if the program is free.

I keep having these moral battles with myself on wether or not to use 
cracked
software (and I don`t) so I wanted to check before I download.

I`ve seen several mentions about CE so I figured this was the place to 
turn.
