       This morning I received a very nice letter from Michael Ayers at 
Gibson
       stating the following, "Gibson does and will continue to distribute 
the
       Echoplex REGARDLESS of what happens to Oberhaeim."(capitals are
       mine) Not to worry, the EDP is safe.
