I guess it ought to be noted that the JamMan only has a mono A/D convertor for the loop input. The stereo inputs are summed to mono for the loop. So you can do the panning stuff Chuck mentions, but you don't get "true" stereo, i.e., a stereo input cannot be maintained as stereo in the loop and output again in stereo.
