the footswitch Lex use is identical to one made by Rean.
(i.e. thats probably where Lex buy them )
except  you need to open it up to change from latching to non-latching.
(using  pointed pliers) as described in an earlier posting. 

in UK these are sold by Maplin Electronics , who do mail order to anywhere.

Much cheaper than getting them from Lex
