Radio Shack - A Tandy Corporation has many record player
needle cartridges

Guitar Center and their Mail Order house Musican's
Friend have cartridges. 

Expect to pay between US$3-20 for the lowest quality and
US$30-130 for good cartridges. 

Find the turntable model number and the cartidge number
and call for compatible parts. 

You can also try to replace just the needle....
