Yes. It's a project started by the guy behind Lesser, but now has members 
of 
Matmos and Kid 606. The idea is that they're supposed to be a CD skipping 
group more than a powerbook group. That's where most of their sounds come 
from.

I have 2 of their CD's. They're on the Vinyl Communications label.
