David, Units that require an AC supply will not work with a DC input voltage. The solution as I see it is to get a beefy (read current or amperage) supply for each voltage required and build (or buy) multiple cable runs terminating in the proper sex for the devices to be powered. These cables are usually used with pedalboards but the concept can be adapted to a rack situation. If this seems confusing to you, drop me a line, I'll be happy to clarify. If there is enough interest, I'll make the effort to find the supplies and build up custom cables.
