Hello, Probably the most striking aspect of this list is that I am one of two females. I had been trying to do as much as I could with my music, but in a mere 5 years, where I'm turning 31, I've had two daughters, married, divorced, engaged a second time, had 5 different addresses, and still managed to play shows (being 8 months pregnant sleeping on a hardwood floor driving 8 hours alone in a 77 volvo I had bought the week before at a yard sale!)..it's been hard for me to finally settle into the aspect of "family" when I find myself consumed by the need to sing. There are times that I want to take off, and not come back..live in my car and play shows. But I know that I have a beautiful young family that needs me, and I know I need them. This probably sounds quite ridiculous, especially to the established, professional musician, but I suppose there are many music-makers..wary of the "record-deal", who still need to make the music, if only to satisfy their soul, and perhaps the souls of other listeners. Anyhow, I promise not to post many more things of this nature. I'd rather talk about why is it that my Echo plus pedal is blowing up in a burst of cacaphony when it receives a signal. And one more thing..where ARE the women on this board?? Kim? Goddess? (Is Kim male?)
