Naw.  It'll happen several months this year (regardless of 
American/European
date standard):

20:02 03/30/2002
20:02 10/01/2002
20:02 11/11/2002
20:02 12/21/2002.

However, it won't happen again after this year until 21:12 01/10/2112.
