Hey Mark,
Really fun show you guys put on there!  The Againinator made all the
difference!  In response to your query (I'm wondering this for myself as
well), perhaps the TC Fireworx is worthwhile checking into... maybe?  It is
pricey, fer sher.  I'm not sure if it has a vocoder inside.
