1/2 Rack Delay Suggestions

hi all -

i would really like to get a 1/2 rack delay unit that has tap tempo & 2
seconds of delay or so. no need for looping capabilites or repeat hold,
but speed & modulation controls would be a plus. mono is fine.

suggestions?
