Hi Tom,

I'll reply more specifically off list on this... asap. Sampling 
proceedures 
and distribution rules will change from one P.R.O. (and country) to 
another 
and I am most conversant in the Canadian practices - I work for SOCAN, 
however I will definitely have an elaboration for you.
