repeater sync question

i'm having trouble getting the repeater to sync
properly to my computer...

the tempo from the sequencer is 151, but the repeater
keeps running at 147 w/ slight fluctuations (which i
understand as neccesary)

before i was running the sequencer at 113 bpm, and the
repeater was running at 247!

wierd...help?
