What I get is a serious slow-down of the loop, and like I > said, sometimes breaks in the audio. I tried this with my Repeater last night. It was difficult to recreate, but it did happen to me once...out of about 20 attempts to do it (using different combinations). I'm guessing that it's specific to a particular combination of button presses, since I was able to recreate it using Stewart's instructions above (stop before multiply), but never when the loop was playing. Even with the stop in there, it only happened once (out of maybe 5 times using the same procedure), and only when recording to the CFC (not to internal memory). The one time it occurred, stopping the loop and hitting play again corrected the audio slowdown. Interestingly enough, when the audio slowed down, the tempo light still flashed at the tempo I'd set (and played to), so it was clear the audio was off. You might try just hitting play again (to restart the loop) when it happens. I saw that the combination of stop then play worked. So, I don't know how conclusive that is. For me it was hard to get it to do this, but clearly it CAN happen with Repeaters other then your's. Greg __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
