FCB Programming Help (again)

I am totally confused as to how to program this beast. Yes, I have read
through the posts and scratched my head at the manual. After following some
instructions from Bruce Comens, all I get on the EDP is P11 when I press a
button that I thought was programmed.

Can someone point me to a bulletproof programming example? Once I have one
button correctly programmed, it's easy enough to figure the rest out.
