Miko (was Re: off topic : carvin pick up wiring instructions...)

A few days ago I was of the mindset that Miko was annoying but could be
dealt with via a filter. A problem for people receiving the digest. A
problem for people with slow connections. But if the list consensus weren't
prepared to remove him, then so be it.

Now, I'm in the Miko is way over the line camp.
