No recording was made of the Hollywood show, alas.  There are apparently
audience recordings of the Bay Area gigs, including the final one in Ben
Lomond, with Manring and Bill Walker.  Steve and Rick rate the gig
highly, whereas I had doubts about it...  I guess the tapes will tell,
once we've sorted through it all, and the list will certainly be spammed
if those end up being uploaded.
