Repeater and England

Hi 
just a basic question regarding the repeater

Will a US repeater work in England as it is or would I need a different
power supply?

I only ask because they are out of business and I know getting a new power
supply is almost impossible, therefore I don't want to dig myself a hole by
buying something that won't work.
