1-go to your browser preferences and set you Email client to send plain
text (NO HTML) with No signature file

2-click next line link
mailto:Loopers-Delight-request@loopers-delight.com

3-delete your signature, etc...  make your message blank

4-double click (highlight) the sacred word on next line
SACRED WORD-->       unsubscribe     <--SACRED WORD
then
copy (contr+C )

5-place cursor in Subject of the message
Paste (contr+V)

5-place cursor in Body of the message
Paste (contr+V)

7-click send

Bye bye
