Re: No Good deed ... was Re:List abuse? (was...Completely Free)

In anycase, who is this 'we' you are elected to speak for? ;-p

personally, I don't care if someone is informed or not... it's ok to be
wrong.. it ok to express ones opinion and have it differ from everyone
elses...
it called 'dialog'... and while I while I agree with Emile's basic idea
that the responses to the original poster could have been more gentle, I
disagree that a non-gentle post should be responded to in a non-gentle way.
Why escalate a heated dialog more? Why not try and bring it back down to
a place where people can communicate, instead of fight? Anyway, this is
just my opinon.. it's not meant to tell anyone how to be, just tossing out
a different perspective in hopes that we might try and all be on the same
side... :)

p.s. since my perspectives have previously been catagorized under
'apathetic',
I thought I'd toss in something I read recently that does a better job at
saying what I am trying to say: "Through active self-discipline, and not
meekness as is commonly misunderstood, we can transform anger through
compassion
and to be reconciled with ourselves and others."
