None of them do what you are asking(I own all of the pedals you have
mentions).

The only loopers that allow that kinda manipulation are the Repeater and 
the
EDP(as they have a feedback control).

You can kinda do it with the DD-20, but you have to set a delay time first,
and work the feedback knob in real time.
