RTF-Riley Shaffer

   The fact that it was an RTF engineer suggests that he was familiar with 
,not just Shaffers work ,but his technical approaches.Shaeffer was 
employed 
by RTF as an engineer,not as a composer so what he developed is likely to 
have been inhouse knowledge-chops so to speak.
