The reviews are intriguing, the ads are tempting, but I'd be less scared 
of this feature-packed MagicStomp if there were some way to hook up a 
conventional midi footcontroller to it and if I didn't need a computer to 
edit the patches and their locations. Can't they put it in Yamaha's older 
4-button Stomp format?

I'm impressed by all the MS's goodies, and the great price, but I don't 
wanna wind up like Sysiphus and have all this sonic fruit hanging just 
barely out of reach.
