Yes.

I use Live 4 (and many other things, but I'll stick to answering the
question) and the Behringer 1010 midi pedal and a Zen Drum as
controllers.

If you search the LD archives you'll see quite a few threads and about 
this (and probably more detail than you need.) :-)
