Ok..I had my fun...it is really interesting to see how literate many of 
the 
list members are (and i always did suspect that y'all was a bunch of smart 
muthafuckas...)....

...but, to be honest, the only thing I have been "reading" is music.  I 
have 
been going thru complete orchestral scores to "Swan Lake" and "The Rite Of 
Spring" as well as a copy of the original folio to Messien's "Quartet For 
The End Of Time" (now that sounds like a pretty well rounded musical diet, 
really).

I know that might seem a bit odd, but I have some gigs coming up that 
require some serious sight reading chops, and I have found the best way to 
tune up that particular skill is to simply do a lot of it.
