No, really - I haven't used Augustus so this isn't specific advice on 
that software.  But, typically a non-0 CC value would work for 
software/hardware that just lists a CC for a function.  *Some* 
software/hardware I've used wanted a value greater than 63 or 64 (1/2 
way point) to activate the function.

Now that you've studied up on the FCB1010 AGAIN :), you'll know that 
following the CC # designation, the FCB asks for the value.  I'd set it 
to 127 just to be safe, and see if that works.
