It's rare that a review is of no use to the reviewed, and personally I'd take two pull quotes from this review and use them in my press kit and on gig posters (if it was a review of my music): "...a soundscape for cosmic travel..."--Boise Weekly and "...an astral tapestry..."--Boise Weekly This other album you're describing sounds really interesting, and I'm definitely available for gratis session work on it.
