Wish list for EDP (was "Control Learn" for the EDP) The future of the EDP (no suggestions!)

I have been trying not to use my MIDI foot controller of late (it's a
PMC-10) and just use my MIDI guitar controller (it's a Ztar)--EDP uses note
on info and any MIDI keyboard or equivalent works well with it.
I think the next version of the EDP will probably be a completely different
animal than the current one--too much digital water under the bridge.
