No it's not that.
I got his email from this forum a few months ago, then emailed him and he
sent me the website address to download the software.
I downloaded the trial version without using it. A few weeks ago, I paid 
for
the licence as I was planning to use the software from the end of this 
month
onwards. He sent me an email the following day asking me to send him my
registration number, which I only replied to yesterday (dooh).
So he should be getting back to me shortly (unless he's on holidays), but I
was just impatient to clarify a point about the software. The only thing is
that my trial version is expired and I therefore can't access the manual + 
I
don't have the URL anymore (email deleted). That's all. If somebody had had
the website's address, I could have had a look at the manual + download
another trial version in case I don't hear back from him for a few days.

So, you've got the email address for the guy who made it, but rather than
contact him you emailed Looper's Delight instead?
