Just to clarify, "National Socialism" wasn't socialism by anyone's definition -- and was also extremely pro-business (and anti-union and anti-Communist too). So I'd certainly agree with you. The United States is moving towards "government by corporation" -- which is why your average (non-rich) person has gotten a little poorer every year since 1975.
