The word "complete", like "forever" and "love" is very powerful and
often misused :-)

I don't doubt that you could build something in Reaktor that has
some of the most commonly used features of an Echoplex.  But
writing a "complete" emulation would be extremely difficult
and I would bet is even impossible.
