Derek Bailey MP3 Files for Download (almost 3 hours worth)
Alrighty, I spent some time downloading this
monster MP3 of Derek Bailey, and then I split it up into separate MP3 files
named from the song list. Feel free to download.
...I still can't get over his version of Stella by
Starlight.
I read that toward the end of his career, he had
carpel tunnel really bad, and he couldn't hold a pick. He resorted to basically
whacking the strings with his thumb, in almost a Japanese stringed instrument
manner. Nothing stopped this guy.
