You know,  I saw this and ordered one immediately.   They charged my 
credit 
card
and I have a reciept.   Technically, since they charged me already they 
are 
legally obligated
to do the deal as advertised.

I'm not a prick so I won't push it, but they certainly should be more 
careful.   If I were one, I would have
them over a barrel, legally speaking.

and, darn,   I wish it were true................not having a case for the 
FCB 1010 is a pain in the arse.
