That's right, Joe. I play this type of promotion like a numbers game. I 
don't have a lot of emotional attachment to these services or communiation 
methos, except that Mixposure.com is pretty damn cool and a good way to 
get 
reviews quickly. So I simply find them on the web, submit my content as 
fast 
as possible, and get out. I keep a running list of them so that I can go 
back and update my info once in a while. I did that for a month straight 
until my Google search results increased 10 fold.  I have made a lot of 
contacts and generated a lot of interest in my music this way.

Thanks for the list of potential places to post stuff re: CD releass, 
etc.. 
I'm usually pretty pessimistic about geting my stuff out there, and
have to keep reminding myself that "failures" are simply part of the 
overall 
strategy leading to successes.  If you send your info to 10
places and 9 of them have no effect, but 1 of them does, that is a success!
