Loop Festival in Barcelona right now

Hi,

I just received a cell phone call from a friend traveling through  
Barcelona, in Spain, only to tell me that "There is a loop festival  
going on here right now". He couldn't find out any details, but does  
anyone here happen to know what that might be?
