I noticed this, too.  The Relate gives me 5.8ms in and 22.1ms out as opposed to 325 & 46.4 from the ASIO DirectX Full Duplex.   ASIO Multimedia sets at 140 & 750!!  I don't get it, but I suspect it's because the drivers I was using are a 'wrappers'.  I suspect the extra time must be because of the translation for a non-ASIO interface.   But, I'll give ASIO4ALL a shot and let you know what happens.

I have an internal Realtek audio setup, and I managed to get it to work with much lower latency by using the ASIO4ALL driver.  Might be worth a shot.
