Laptop loopers--combatting glare when playing outside

Hi music manglers--
This question is posed to those who loop with the laptop and play outside
during the day (if anyone does). What do you do to prevent the kind of 
glare
that makes it impossible to see the display? The new models are even worse!
Even LEDs on rack stuff and the fluorescent display on my PMC foot
controller are tough to see--is the Behringer any better in broad daylight?
