Re: Sound quality of various loopers

Title: Re: Sound quality of various loopers

Well, they are available second hand (I've even got a fully updated one for sale), and Bob Sellon has completely re-worked the operating system to provide 4 tracks of looping each with pan and level control.

Yes, I agree 100%. I catch Phil Keaggy's show every once in a while and I always remark to myself how clean and pure his sound is using that old Jamman.

You are right...it has a certain analog feel to it. Very clean, pure and natural. I wish Lexicon would manufacture a new version. I would buy it in a second.

I've used nearly every looper available, and even after all these years I rank the Lexicon Jamman at the top. It just sounds the smoothest, the least digital and the most musical.

Sometimes the wheel doesn't need to be reinvented!
