gibson echoplex sync with Ableton Live

hi,

I use 2 Echoplex... an old Oberheim & a recent Gibson with loop IV.

I use it with Ableton Live in midi Synchro : Sync In on Echoplex &
sync On in Live... so Echoplex is in esclave mode.

Old Oberheim works perfectly, It wait for the beginning of the next
mesure before starting the record process...... but not New Gibson!!!
I don't understand that's happens!!???
