on the face of it, it looks to me like the same old near-worthless internet promo stuff that's been floating around for a decade now. the word "blast" doesn't change much. it's cheap (aside from the time spent putting materials together for it), so there's not much to lose, but i'd be pretty surprised if it had any more effect than sending an email to your congressperson.

not that i actually know what i'm talking about.
