Ah well, then my query changes to "What manufacturing system are y'all happiest with?" I wasn't too impressed with the artwork being printed in the wrong color by TuneCore.. :P
I've put the entire Club Meditation set of 15 up on last.fm for those who are interested. :)

Not "strange" if you consider that manufacturing is not part of the CD
Baby business model. They offer digital and physical distribution, not
manufacturing. Their clients simply send them CDs to put up for sale,
home burned or printed at a manufactory. There are plenty of pressing
plants that D-I-Y indie musicians can turn to, if so inclined, before
sending the product to CD Baby.
